Catholic
Casa Maria
This is the best place I've found for a retreat. The Sister Servants who run the house are very faithful to the Church, and they bring in many great retreat leaders.

Home of Catholic World News and lots of great Catholic commentary. They also review web sites for their fidelity to the Magisterium, making the site a great starting point when looking for orthodox resources.

Derek Rotty's site on living a life of virtue.
National Catholic Bioethics Center
This is a great resource for questions of medical ethics and morality.
National Catholic Register
Probably the best Catholic newspaper available today. It is faithful to the Magisterium and full of news, commentary, book and movie reviews, and spiritual writing. Be careful not to confuse this with the National Catholic Reporter, which is not faithful to the Church's teachings.
Our Lady of the Angels Monastery
A beautiful place to go for adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. I proposed to my wife in front of the Church there.
Our Sunday Visitor
Catholic publishing company, publisher of many good books and an excellent weekly Catholic newspaper.

Sitepoint
I often use this site for information on web development and have bought several books from them.
Pharmacy/Medical
FreeCE.com
There is free CE on this site, but for an annual subscription, you can get live continuing education via webinar. This is a very easy way to meet a state's requirements without having to leave your home.

Their publication is a standard reference for many pharmacists, offering concise information and recommendations.
Just for Fun
Computer Stupidities
Some of the smartest people you know tend to lose all common sense as soon as they are in front of a computer.
Despair Inc
I have always found those motivational posters annoying. Despair Inc offers satirical "demotivators" and some other related stuff.
Dilbert
Many of us think that Scott Adams, author of this comic strip about life in a cubicle world, works for our company. It seemed like it to me back when I worked in a cube farm.
Mapquest
Even if you have a GPS, it helps to check this site out because sometimes the GPS will lose your position.
