Cell Phone Laws in New York

  /   Thursday October 31, 2002

I get USA Today at my hotel in Nashville. When I read it this morning, I was really hoping to find this article on a new cell phone bill that is being proposed in New York City. As the article states:

The bill would impose a $50 fine on anyone who dials up or fails to turn off the phone’s ringer during an indoor performance, be it at a library, art gallery or concert hall.

Hmmmmm . . . . . I wonder if this bill would apply to churches. Wouldn’t that be great?
