Looking back on last year’s Thanksgiving, I found a small thing to be thankful for that I’d like to share:
No one pulled the fire alarm on the night before Thanksgiving at my apartment complex.
This happened last year. Not only that, but when I called the after-hours number at the apartment complex, the answering service told me that they didn’t service that complex any more. I had to call 911, and my neighbor called another number.
